All persons seated, face center, hands and feet apart. Do not touch the other members. Triangle orients True North but an advanced group can "declare" another direction as the effective North. A second triangle has similar poles in opposite positions.

C: Center: Never put a person here. This would drop the whole group level to that safe for the center person.
A: Aleph: Main spiritual center. Leave open. Don't use this if adding the second, south-pointing triangle.
S: Shiyn: Primary transfer point from the Aleph into the Form. Ideally have 3 members in a triangle in the Shiyn. Use best "Selah" person.
V: Vau: Apex of the triangle; put the best channel here. Influences the right and left brain aspects in the group. Pivotal position.
Y: Yud: Right brain polarity for the group. Women work better here in a beginning group. Male pole for more advanced groups.
B: Beth: Left brain polarity for the group. Men are best for beginning group but its a female pole for advanced groups.
R: Resh: This pole synthesizes all the group unified function: "Chief Head Stone" aspect. May use when the Aleph pole is behind the Shiyn person.

Note: in experienced groups it makes little difference if men or women are seated in any specific pole. This triangle is called the HAEPATHIA in the Reshel format but it is the basic Flower-of-Life double tetrahedron.

BASIC METHOD FOR GROUP "KEY OF DAVID" (6-Point Star):

This procedure below is the more basic without the Shiyn pole and with the Spiritual Center in the center of the triangle, not in the Aleph point. The more expanded version may be used by intentionally shifting the Center to the Aleph pole.

When adding the second, south-pointing triangle don't use the Shiyn pole and keep the Center in the center.

OBJECTIVE: General: shift from the fallen Oritronic formats to the Christic/Metatronic systems of the new continuum. Thus the use of Metatronic schematics is quite important in establishing the initialization-vortex. We use the Reshel, 3rd Breastplate of Metatron, and variations. Conditioning the group vortex assists in a more efficient resonance with higher agencies: angelic, devic, Hierarchical. Objective to create the highest frequency and most efficient synergic group unity possible and be available for on the job training orchestrated by the innerplanes (Metatronic) Menors.

The Objective is Transfiguration in the context of Matt 17:1-13. This is another view of the Objective described above and one in which the energetics are the same (translate participants' names for the polar description). More of the Objective can be found in Rev 3:7-13, in the Key of David context. When raised to Metatronic level this format is the "Merkabah" or chariot/vehicle.

GENERAL: Use the Key of David (Haepathia in the Reshel; a 6-point star) first, of all the configurations, due to its Flower of Life and pillar connective functions, also its optimum State of Being in grace/love, karmic release, primary life from Source facilitation. Member initial acceleration is faster, more clear. Do not attempt to control spin direction or rate. Use a free-flow process after the first simple format is installed and begun. Avoid touching each other in the process; static charges build and discharge via another person can hurt the light body as well as generally degrade the unity vortex. Don't leave the group or walk across force lines when in process. Don't make very loud sounds in process; toning works but only in short spurts and quietly. (Mantras and toning are entraining in nature, useful only in very short periods when called for, not to overdo.)

MOST IMPORTANT EXAMPLE IN SCRIPTURE (Matt 17:1-13) The 6 days, with the 7th (Rest: Selah) appears to set a Lunar cycle (4x7=28) as part of a larger human biorhythm and cosmic equivalent of the Circadian Rhythm ...also found in the Great Pyramid sockets and capstone) and the apex (zayin pole) of the Reshel system in its 28-function. The 6 persons in the Merkabah group: Spirit to Matter tetra: Yeshu, Moshe, Eliyahu and the Matter to Spirit tetra: Yachannen (John), brother Yachob (James) and Kaffa (Simon ben Yona: Peter). If you translate their names you will see how they "sit" in the 6-point star tetrahedron (below). This is the TRANSFIGURATION function of the Haepathia in the Reshel (also called Flower of Life, a star tetrahedron base).

Vs 13-21 are a follow on relating to the fallen human condition in this continuum (fire and water) a lunatic state. This describes the state of being needed to operate the Haepathia (star tetra)... its a non starter unless it can be brought up to Christic and then Metatronic function. Actually it is a vital beginning system for any light group, having immediate effect if the group's intention is resonant with the Divine Harmonic of Universal Accord (Christic). But until the group moves into that state described by Yeshu it is still not officially a "merkabah" (vehicle: chariot ...or ship archetype).

PRELIMINARIES:

1. Once a week meetings are the best rhythm noted above in the 7 day cycle ...only one I've found to work. Use 6 people but more or fewer are feasible; using 3 in the beginning is good, faster energy conditioning is possible but 6 is ok. At the start its probably better not to have more. Each meeting go round the group for SHORT recaps of spiritually connected events over the past week. If a negative situation comes up restore balance with a positive eval or theory or just a blessing. I suggest a CW rotation of persons' turns (ascension spiral). Psychic levels will begin to move in this prelim sharing session but BE BRIEF.

More often is fine, I used to do 3 per day, 4 days a week. But at least once a week.

Best not to have smokers if possible due to tar in the etheric synaptic system. Don't include people with known light body holes or tears or other damage without Mentor ok ahead of time... the process will be kept at safe levels for all but a person not capable of moving energy will hold the group back significantly unless Mentors are specially helping that person ...which involves other variables, inner work, etc. Addictions of any sort indicate problems somewhere but some are more benign then others; insist on a drug-free group. Prescription drugs included but here some slack can be cut depending on the nature of the illness. Persons with mental problems are a potential problem and best to avoid completely, but again it depends on the problem and its severity.

Individual meditation in the Silence is very important. Not only for personal attunement but also this ability is then carried into the group when using the "Moving Selah" ie the Moving-Rest or Unmanifest God when making all connections in times, places, agencies, systems, etc. too complex to even begin to mentalize.

2. Decide on group session intention if different. Be open ended and general not trying to weigh in on some disaster or other since no one knows the karmic situation to begin with. The level of light work is beyond these projects anyway. Just try to obtain the best unified state of being and let the Mentors decide how to use the group in on-the-job-training. They'll probably plug you into the Racial Mind/Soul to insert a timely human software program most resonant with the group capability and attunement for that session.

3. Decide on a mantra for this session only; avoid the old standard ones and bring in a several vocable special one. Used for fine tuning.

4. Decide on who is to sit in which seat. Your orientation is North for orientation initialization so put your best channel or "Selah" person in the North, the other pole into the devic connections is South. The north pointing triangle is the matter to spirit system and if using 3 persons use this one. A right brain type place in the SE seat and the complementary NW seat in the South-pointing triangle. The left brainer is in the SW and NE respectively. This is not super important but does give you a better place of first attunement. NEVER put anyone in the center. If a crystal is placed there is probably best to deprogram it first or be very careful that any codes in it are open to cosmic levels and complete flexibility. A person in the center would drop the whole group energy to their own max safe level and would seriously condition the group mind with their own engramming. This is due to the center being the main point of download from Spirit. Keep the "Core-Beam" clear.

STARTING:

1. Open with a brief prayer or two; I have the north person open and the south person close. Then as group leader I might add something or not. I always remind the group to (next) go into the Silence AS A GROUP UNITY. This is very different than just a herd of people in the Silence at the same time. Remember that the group now is a single entity.

PROCESS:

1. Begin with a period of Silence as a group, after the opening prayer(s). About 15-20 minutes is probably optimum all things considering.

2. Bring the people out of the Silence quietly by creating a sphere of light in the center with a vertical axis, points above and below but linking into Planetary center. Two contra rings around the group but don't control the spin rate and leave the CCW spin alone in any event. (Sometimes I use the CW spin during the process to even out some shakti effect if needed, but gently.) Add the NSEW axes. Just quickly remind the members, don't make a big deal of all these points and axes.

Have the members "breathe in the Presence" and then project the divine being (their unique being) to the other two persons in their own triangle, then receive the other's same giving so there's a two way flow. This sets the triangles and no more is needed. However next have them project and receive to the person directly opposite; this links the two tetrahedrons.

3. Follow this up with the predetermined mantra. You may wish to have the mantra tuned in on at this point rather than earlier... your call... I do in the beginning because I consider it to be the Key-stone. Instruct the people to also be aware of the Moving Selah while chanting. Then have them move awareness into the Selah (Silence) and "move" it to make all connections in all events, places, poles, agencies needed for the process. Called the "Moving Selah." (Selah is Hebrew for the suspension point, silence between the musical notes. Refers to the Unmanifest divine Essence.)

4. Begin "Free Flow." This is the main working process. Each person reports (aloud) what is being seen, felt, heard, et al. The innerplanes mentors/agency is downloading the project codes seen as cosmic holograms (archetypal imagery). These are perceived and otherwise experienced synergically. That is, each person in his/her own pole in the schematic will experience the codes in the valence of the pole primarily, not the person's own soul memory. However the soul will integrate with the codes past wisdom in that frequency range, then upgrade their own past program in keeping with the cosmic project in hand. Remember that we are in a nonlinear, out of time mode by now.

The physical grid (in this case the Key of Dowd ..."Dowd" being David: "love, cauldron" as the grail archetype: Rev 3:7-13) will be spun in different axes and rates, also shifted and integrated with many other configurations. You'll note flat planes (new reality teleplanes) and spinners (active seed systems) and L-shifts between horizontal and vertical (code exchange and adjustments) and pillars in different poles (the poles becoming active in the cosmic range, linked with other poles in changing and specific combinations).... and many rapid changes in archetypal imagery. This is normal; creation process is rapid and it also needs physical humans interacting and grounding the team process. This will go on for about 40 minutes ...in Atlantis it would be days, in a levitated state.

5. Completion. You will note an eventual state of leveling and completion. Learn to look for it and then state your evaluation that things are completing. Give verbal notice that the group will go for a few minutes longer. (This tells the mentors that its time for last minute sealing and so forth.) When closing thank all concerned for the assistance and have the group go into a period of silence. I personally like to have them open their eyes when back and maintain quiet until all are back. With their eyes open I can tell who's still not returned.

6. Critique: People are still spacey and not interested in a lot of talk. I ask for impressions and comments, phenomena not reported, and then do a brief critique of what appeared to be going on, also interpret a few main images. Keep it all brief. I feel that the short mental time helps to ground the event in these outer planes. In extremely high energy exposures a 20 minute quiet time in nature helps recenter. This is more for weekend seminars than for the weekly meetings.

Summary comment: The facilitator's main job is to stay out of the way and to expedite hang ups when occurring (which is seldom in experienced groups). Remember that you are working in a single group state of being where the members are functioning more in the energy poles than in their own space. Its a synergic thing. Blocks in one pole can be first cleared in that pole only but if the problem seems severe or more group-wide than have all the members go into a guided clearance. Usually any problem can be cleared with the Moving Selah... have the person or group breathe it through the affected chakra or thought form. Usually problems are energy distortions in one persons' chakra points so have the whole group breathe the Selah through their own similar points.

If you wish a list of shakti problems and cures I could come up with one eventually.

We use several dozen group schematics as initialization organizations but we tend to stick with one for awhile, sometimes shifting to a supporting system for realignment. We use the Reshel format for this usually but sometimes the "Anchor of God" as a complex/simple Center seed-format.

I'll add the CRP material below. Pointing your sword in different directions relates to shifting the CRP to achieve a reality adjustment or new creation. Groups do the same, controlled by the Mentors but we set up a North CRP for max spiritual effect to begin with.

CRITICAL ROTATIONAL POSITION (CRP): The dynamic of the CRP is very important. We see it constantly in the many specific axial directions of our group energy formats, many shifts within every process. These attune the group energetic matrix to accomplish specific functions however we know very few of those functions at this time -- perhaps 7 or 8. The group can adjust its primary vibration by orienting in specific directions relative to the two poles: geographic (True direction) or magnetic (Magnetic direction).
GENERAL: The following describes the CRP in its general meaning and application: The bonded group soul is a synergic blending of the members' individual "songs", each a very complex orchestration of music and light. Using a tone or mantra at the beginning and end of every process gives the unified field a specific CRP vector or baseline attunement for the project at hand. This also helps in restoring the base prior to closure, returning the group to a common temporal and dimensional alignment before grounding. Sometimes the closing mantra will change to accomplish a better alignment.

Maia Shamayyim-Nartoomid ) "One of the most essential branches of Human/Earth sciences, and certainly one of the most complex, is 'geo-cerebral alignment'. This is the function of the brain in which it is attuned to a particular amplitude of the Earth's geo-dynamic register through the rotation of the cerebral matter of the brain within its liquid-cushioned cavity, to a 'critical rotational position' (CRP) in synch with a particular geo-register. From the center of the Earth's inner sun is emanated a pulse which in turn is emitted as a frequency up and down the polar 'spine' of Earth---that polarized field between the poles, running through the planet.
"This frequency is radiated through the inner and outer ecospheres of Earth by the inner and outer resonant cavities. The inner resonant cavity (ecosphere of the hollow Earth) charges the surface crystallex grid of the planet, which interchanges frequencies with the outer resonant cavity between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere. The entire process brings about a holistic media of attunement through which all life becomes the sensor system of the planet. In order for biological species ---human, animal and vegetal to maintain the life-wave energies they must focus their neuro-sensors upon various frequency amplitudes on the geo-dynamic spectrum.

"This spectrum is a complex, computer-like scale registering codes or packages of cognitive directives created through the assimilation of various earth/solar/stellar processes. These code-packages are 'x-grams'. They are like energy programs for the Earth's ether computer printouts, giving the exact vibratory patterns of the many different parallaxes in which the neuro-activity of a brain/mind complex can align itself by cerebral rotation. The inner world inhabitants can, through a series of tonal frequencies and/or light patterns, command brain alignment to whatever geo-dynamic parallax chosen upon the spectrum.

"As an example: should there be presented to a subterranean physician a patient whose left arm was paralyzed as a result of an accident, the physician would treat the patient by submitting him to a tonal/optic computer which would locate the geo-dynamic parallax needed to restore the neural control of the left arm of this individual. Then, through tonal and/or optical stimulus the patient's CRP for that particular amplitude on the geo-dynamic scale would be activated. This treatment could almost certainly recover the complete use of the once paralyzed arm. However it is not as simple as it sounds. Were the programs or x-grams easy to decode our brain centers would be accidentally stimulated into major CRPs by a succession of honking horns or Beethoven's Fifth. In order to protect our brain/mind centers from violation of their own genetic response codes (which, when triggered fit like keys into the 'locks' of the xgrams), the programs of the Earth's ether computer are complex and require intricate maneuvering of vibratory frequencies to elicit a major CRP.

"Minor CRPs are constantly being stimulated in our brain by sunlight, inaudible and audible sound waves, the motion of the Earth and other sense factions of our world. These minor or lesser CRPs are critical in the creation of our reality. The major or greater CRPs are intended to serve as major adjustments for our sensors when our bio-systems become radically out of step with the geo-dynamic spectrum in some respect. The activation of major CRPs perform much the same function as a circuit breaker's in recharging deactivated neuro-pulses and reestablishing the proper circadian rhythms erratically cycled neuro-pulses within our body's schematic. this process is also evidenced in the vegetal world.

"The CRPs of plants have been radionically detected. In 'The Secret Life of Plants' this movement is stated as: 'apparently established by the earth's magnetic field as the seed sprouts out of the ground (...If the seedling is transplanted in such a way that it continues to grow in its CRP it will thrive better than plants which have been transplanted out of that orientation) ...because of this apparent relationship with the geomagnetic field, a plant has a pattern of radiation around it. Node points within this pattern or web which seem to concentrate the field of radiation can be located by a portable detector with a probe and a rubbing plate similar to that on their radionics device.'
